About this skill
China Telecom Points to Phone Credit
Open China Telecom's mobile phone-credit mall, read the points on your own number and the credit amounts currently offered, then, once you pick an amount, complete a phone credit top-up for your own number. The agent reconciles, prepares the cashier, submits under your authorization for this one redemption and verifies the result; you complete login and payment SMS verification yourself on the official page.
The scope is fixed to phone credit top-ups: no data plans, voice minutes, video or music memberships, cloud storage, daily check-in beans, birthday gifts, physical goods or SMS-direct redemption. Denominations, point costs and eligibility follow the official page at the time of each run; the skill never ships a static product table.
When to use it
- You want to top up your own number with points already in the account, without paying cash.
- You have points but are unsure which amounts are available and want to check the balance and current options first.
- A previous redemption is paid or finished and you want to verify the deduction, order status and arrival.
Core capabilities
- Sets up a mobile environment before opening the page, so the cashier does not bounce back to the PC home page under a desktop user agent.
- Signs in to the mall account only once: one SMS for login and one for payment, without the detour through the star-level center or the PC account.
- Taps redeem exactly once per redemption, so no pile of unpaid duplicate orders appears.
- Matches order number, payee, points for this order, available points and cash amount on the cashier, and stops when anything does not fit.
- Records submission, point deduction, order status and actual arrival separately after redeeming, never treating a deduction as a credited top-up.
- Ships an optional local submit-guard script that records the plan, the submit breakpoint and the verification result to prevent duplicate submits across turns.
How it works
| Step | Action | SMS |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Open the phone-credit mall with iPhone UA and a 390×844 mobile viewport | — |
| 2 | Sign in to the mall SSO (m.telefen.com) |
1st |
| 3 | Read points, denominations and rules | — |
| 4 | Pick an amount and tap redeem once to reach the cashier | — |
| 5 | Match points and cash, then tap confirm payment | 2nd |
| 6 | Check points balance, order status and arrival | — |
The entry page is the phone-credit mall https://apps.telefen.com/jycalls/?channelCode=HGOKHD. Points and orders can be checked at https://jf.189.cn/selfcenter/myPoints.aspx and https://jf.189.cn/selfcenter/order.aspx.
The mobile user agent must be set before ordering. Under a desktop user agent the cashier at cashier.telefen.com redirects to jf.189.cn/pchome after an order is created, which looks like a lost session. When it bounces back to the PC home page, stop tapping redeem, switch to the mobile user agent, check orders, and continue paying only one of them while closing the rest on the order page.
What you provide
- A working China Telecom mobile number that can receive login and payment SMS.
- A host that can navigate pages, read content, fill fields and click, and that follows its own page-ownership, background-operation and hand-off rules.
- A chosen denomination, plus the points and cash conditions you accept.
What you get
- The result of one phone credit top-up for your own number: order number, points spent, cash amount, order status.
- A before-and-after points balance comparison and a separately recorded arrival judgement.
- A record of how duplicate orders or redirect anomalies were handled, without duplicate deductions.
Example
A read-only query can be phrased as:
Sign in to the China Telecom phone-credit mall, check my points and the credit amounts I can redeem, without redeeming anything.
After you pick an amount, let the agent continue under the authorization for that redemption. Verification codes are entered on the official page, never sent into the chat.
Things to know
- Only phone credit for your own number. No switching to data, video, memberships, physical goods, transfers or topping up someone else's number.
- Phone credit comes in three kinds and must not be conflated: direct top-up credit, instalment-returned credit, and business voucher balance. The default is a one-time direct top-up; instalment returns and voucher balance need separate confirmation.
- Denominations vary by account and province. A national entry point does not mean the same amounts or eligibility for every number, so they are read every time.
- The page states that points-to-credit is supported only from day 5 to day 31 of each month. Outside that window nothing is promised.
- A successful top-up cannot be reversed, so confirm the amount and number before ordering.
- A blank payable amount is not proof of zero cash; it can be empty when the balance is insufficient or the page has not finished loading.
- You complete login and payment verification on the official China Telecom page yourself. The skill never asks for codes in chat, never exports cookies and never reads input field values.
Verified scope
On 2026-10-21 one real redemption completed: a Zhejiang 3-star number, 10 yuan phone credit top-up, 1000 points, 0 cash. Points went from 1836 to 836, the order finished, and the user confirmed the 10 yuan arrived. That run produced 4 unpaid duplicate orders because of the desktop user agent detour; all were closed and no points were deducted twice. The user completed the payment SMS verification and the agent never read the code.
Privacy
The repository contains only the skill, documentation and fictional test data. It holds no real phone numbers, cookies, tokens, verification codes, browser sessions or raw page evidence; phone numbers in the test records are masked.
